Astrology Course – Symbolism, Reflection and Awareness

In this course we explore astrology as a mirror of consciousness. The signs, known as Rāśis or bundles of light, are not simply positions in the sky but living archetypal fields that reflect and interact with one another. Each sign expresses a symbolic principle that unfolds in the psyche, in behaviour and in life events.

We examine how these signs influence and challenge each other just as different parts of our inner world or external circumstances interact. The birth chart reveals itself as a dynamic field of tension, growth and integration.

​​

Understanding these archetypal interactions offers deep insight into personal patterns, relationships and life experiences. It also provides practical orientation for timing and decision making.

​​

This approach reveals how signs and planets reflect individual consciousness and how they illuminate the deeper connection between people. Astrological patterns can show karmic structures and symbolic dynamics that explain relationships on a profound level.

​

We focus on the Ātmakāraka, the planet most intimately connected to the soul’s process of maturation. Ātma means consciousness or Self and kāraka means significator. The Ātmakāraka reveals the life area where growth, challenge and realisation converge.

We also explore the system of Rāśi Dṛṣṭi, observing how signs reflect consciousness along symbolic axes. Each planet moves from its Mūlatrikona, the root field of functioning, toward its exaltation, symbolising the natural process of integration and growth.

This course invites those who wish to approach astrology as a language of self-inquiry and awareness. We combine philosophical reflection with practical application, reading the chart as a mirror of symbolic tension, development and direction.

The course is accessible to all with an interest in astrology, symbolism and inner growth. No technical background is required.

Practical Details:

The course includes six online sessions on Thursday evenings:
11 September, 18 September, 2 October, 9 October, 16 October and 23 October

​

Each session lasts approximately ninety to one hundred minutes and is conducted live via Zoom. Recordings are made available to all participants.

​​

An optional series of four additional advanced sessions follows on:
30 October, 6 November, 13 November and 20 November

​​

The course is taught in English.
